How to Stay Young Growing Older
The University of Miami’s Brain Endowment Bank in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has even put out a call for people in their 70s, 80s, and 90s with spray minds to donate their brains upon death so researchers can examine their healthy gray matter.
Among the research published in recent years about colon and body cleanse are such findings as:
* People who receive more education in their youth have healthier brains in old age.
* People who remain mentally and socially active in old age have fewer declines in mental ability.
* While the aging brain won’t win any races, it can outshine youthful brains in wisdom and verbal intelligence.
Researchers point out that all of the above apply only to people undergoing the normal aging process, not those stricken with a disease such as Alzheimer’s.
