The first step toward getting a lean body is to be clear on what you want to achieve. The next thing is to decide what you are willing to do to achieve it. Thinking that you are going to get up an hour early every day to go to the gym or use your Gold's gym fitness equipment (yeah, the stuff that's been collecting dust for the past 3 years) may not be wise if you are not a morning person. Then you need to identify what you do like to do. After you've done those steps, now you can decide what type of gym equipment you should purchase. You may lose another dust catcher, but you'll invest in something sensible and useful.
