Who Is Not Affected
I am always frustrated when I call a help line and I can not understand the person who is there to give me the help. Now I was just reading recently that the medical transcriptionist profession has been outsourcing their work as well. We have people that can hardly speak English and now they are trying to write our medical vocabulary as well. I hope that this outsourcing does not affect those companies still in the states and they will not be reduced to lowering their own wages. Some things really do need to stay here in America especially when it comes to personal health records.
