Is the Mostlyce Wysiwyg Editor Easy To Use?

I am trying to find a good editor that is really easy to use. Can anyone tell me if the Mostlyce Wysiwyg Editor is easy to use? I would assume since it is a Wysiwyg editor it shouldn’t be too complicated, but you never know. Sometimes programs that look like they will be easy to use end up being a bit more complicated than you expect them to be. Where can I find some reviews that I could read to find out more about this program and how it can be used? That might help me to finalize my decision on whether or not to get it.
