Yellow triangle with exclamation.

Recently, my pc suddenly shows a yellow triangle with exclamation which keeps on popping up. Randomly it will create more pop ups. At times, this triangle says that I have malware, trojan, spyware and net worm. It also seems to have caused my msn messenger unable to work. I hope someone will be able to help me solve this. Thanks!
