True purpose of paper shredder is to protect rights
Monday, November 10th, 2008The Enron scandal created a negative concept of paper shredders within the corporate world. They were used to cover up and hide secretive actions by greedy people. People began to mistrust the use of paper shredders. The truth of the matter is, every company needs the Best Paper Shredder possible. When used for it’s true reason of protecting legally confidential matters and reports, a paper shredder is necessary. There are many relationships legally protected like attorney client and doctor patient, where a paper shredder is the only way to destroy documents that are not to be released into the public. Privacy is a right we have as Americans.
