I Need to Get Into Shape

I have been meaning to get into the best shape of my life for some time now. I told myself tht after I had my last kid, I would do it. I am still in pretty good shape, but I want to look amazing with a really hot body. I am sure how to do that, so I have been looking into some things I could do at my house. I found some Marcy Fitness Equipment that seem to be exactly what I am looking for. They have all kinds of products, but especially the pilates machines. I really think I would like that.

When I was younger, I remember my mother talking to us about grandpa having to have surgery to help him go to the bathroom easier.

Now to a young boy, that was about as simple as my mother could have told us without going into great detail.

Pedicure Day

My mom lives in an assisted living center with about 39 other elderly people.  While mom is over 98 years old she still enjoys looking her best.  Most of the residents of the home do not have transportation so a good many of the services are brought to them.  One of their favorite is the pedicure as many of the residents have difficulty reaching their toes on their own.  The lady has one of those Small Pedicure Chairs that she brings with her set up for them to use.  Pedicure day at the home is somewhat like Christmas with all the excitement going on.

Acquiring a Certification In Medical Transcription

 Receiving a certificate upon completion of a medical transcription program from a vocational school or a community college is not the same as acquiring a certification credential.  A certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) receives certification form the American Association of Medical Transcriptionists (AAMT).

 

There is a two part exam which must be taken and passes before becoming a Certified Medical Transcriptionist.  Part one of the exam deals with the basic knowledge of medical transcription possessed by the person trying for certification.  It is multiple choice.

 

Part two of the exam deals with how well skilled an applicant is at transcribing dictation from a doctor.  This part of the medical exam takes years of experience in transcribing records.

Can You Prevent Adolescent Bipolar Disorder?

 Until recently, experts thought that bipolar disorder was the same in both children and adults.  But extensive studies of children and teens show that the symptoms in children and teens are different than those of adults and they need different treatment than adults do.  Doctors and researchers don’t completely understand what causes adolescent bipolar disorder.  They do know that it tends to run in families and your child has a greater risk of having the disorder if someone in their immediate family, such as a parent, grandparent, brother or sister has it.  There is nothing that a parent can do to prevent adolescent bipolar disorder

Using a Simple Blood Pressure Tracker

Just because something is high-tech and gives you one million different options does not necessarily mean that it is going to be simple to use.  As a matter of fact, these options often get in the way of us effectively using the most important things that are necessary.  A good example of this is if you have a complex blood pressure tracker.  Yes, you will be able to see all kinds of charts and results for where your blood pressure has been but it may make you overlook some of the most important things.  Write the information down on a notepad and then review it every once in a while.  It’s a simple tracker but it is very effective.
