Top Down Models to change management

Thursday, December 6th, 2007

Top-down models work best with a strong leader who has outstanding communication skills. We’ve all played "telephone" as children, and the concept is the same as adults: the more relays in that message chain, the more the message will end up garbled.

The benefits of a top-down change model are that implementation can be quick because there are fewer layers to work through.
