Every decision has its pros and its cons, right? Well, if you are tired of the daily commute and the rat race, you really should consider genuine work from home jobs. Yes, there are real paying opportunities out there for people who want or need to stay home and work. The company you work for now may even offer telecommuting positions. You may want to check with them. Think of your reduced stress level when you will have the ability to wear what you want and possibly work when you want. Think of the relief you will have without your boss constantly breathing down your neck. Working from home is at least worth considering.

I am new to real estate investing and plan on buying tax foreclosed houses. What happens to the occupants of the property, will they get evicted? Will the new owner be responsible in paying for the mortgage every month of the said property or just be responsible in paying the property tax every year? I have heard from everyone that you are free and clear once you buy a house at an auction. Is this true and does it include liens? Any extra advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
