How can a customer service survey help you? have you thought of customer service outsourcing? You won’t know unless you ask!
Companies large and small have used customer service surveys for decades to find out how customers view the company. The results have sometimes confirmed management’s vision, sometimes provided interesting input, and sometimes alarmed companies enough to make drastic changes. Never have they been without value.
Well, perhaps we should qualify that: never has a valid survey been without value.
