Fast Disorganization

It is amazing how fast your computer can become disorganized. We are a small company of only 14 brokers but we are all working off the same server. We have implemented a system that we thought would be easy enough for the entire company to work on but we are already losing documents and do not know where they are stored. Most of the people here are computer savvy but those few people who do not know anything about the computer have really messed things up for us. I wish there was a system for document management that forced them to organize everything the same way.
